01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the GV7777 platform, accessible at gv7777.onl and through any associated mobile applications. By registering an account or accessing the platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with GV7777 and confirm that you accept these Terms without qualification.

GV7777 provides an online gaming and sports betting service. The platform includes casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other disciplines.

02 Account Registration

To access the full features of GV7777, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• Each person is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

03 Deposits & Payments

GV7777 supports deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered to the account holder may be rejected or held pending verification.
• GV7777 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. You may only fund your own account.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account pending investigation.
• GV7777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees that appear are charged by your bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa and are outside our control.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals are made to verified payment methods associated with your account. The method used for withdrawal should generally match the method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers and Raast follow standard banking timelines.
• GV7777 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any charges incurred are those of your payment provider.
• GV7777 reserves the right to perform additional verification on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by internal security systems.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

GV7777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed before the offer is claimed. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the platform:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This specifies how many times the bonus amount must be played through before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements are displayed clearly on the bonus offer page.
• Only your deposited funds (not bonus funds) are freely withdrawable at any time, provided no other restrictions apply.
• Bonuses are intended for one per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• GV7777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are displayed in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The GV7777 sports betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and Test cricket), Football, Esports, and other markets. The following rules govern sports betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. GV7777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend placed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• If an event is postponed and not completed within a specified timeframe, bets may be voided and stakes returned at GV7777's discretion.
• GV7777 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or withhold payouts if there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or collusion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or competition organiser will be used.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are stated in the relevant betting rules section.
• In-play betting markets close at defined times during a match. Any bets placed after the closing time will be void.

07 Casino & Game Rules

Games in the GV7777 game lobby are provided by third-party game studios. The following general rules apply:

• All casino games use certified random number generators. RTP (Return to Player) figures are provided by the respective game studios and displayed within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round may be voided and the stake returned. GV7777 is not liable for losses caused by technical interruptions beyond its control.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

GV7777 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder.
• At your own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting the support team.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Balances from legitimate activity may be returned at GV7777's discretion after a review is completed.

10 Privacy & Data
